- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to different Cleaning services I provide to my clients, my prices vary. I respond based on client's needs, zip code/Location, and work's frequency (A one time,everyday, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly contract). I only give discount to clients who patronize services on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Contact us today to find out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I go over what my client’s needs are, what has to get done, and gain a general feel for the environment I will be working in and go over forms, receipts and contractual details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's degree in Business management from St.Johns University. I gained my Cleaning training/experience, and Licence from working for my parents cleaning Company.
