- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
not necessarily, i really need to know what a person wants and then go from there. i dont charge to bid on a project. But it helps a lot when the customer is very detailed on their request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
answer any questions they have regarding me and my service, then hear what they want done and if there's a budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am currently studing to take my test for Electrical Journeyman, all experience i have has been hands on in the trade.
