Buchanan Construction remodeled a rental house for me. They replaced and repaired damaged window casings, plumbing and electrical. They painted the house inside and outside. Cement stairs were repaired as well as the deck. I am very pleased with the outcome and the professional attention to every detail. The work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Buchanan Construction, and appreciate that they are local and the costs were very reasonable.
