FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with getting to know my client. We must establish a strong and honest relationship from the beginning. A thorough physical movement assessment to find our starting point. This combined with clients personal goals, nutrition log, and schedule are combined to design a program for the given goals and current position of client. Together, we drive towards the goals. Adjustments are made as necessary with the big picture goals in mind. The program phases typically are: Movement / Mobility - Correcting imbalances of strength, flexibility, joint mobility and general movement patterns that can lead to disfunction, inefficiency and injury. Strength - build upon a solid foundation of movement by adding strength. Power, high intensity interval training, advanced skills - Once the body and mind are strengthened, we complicate training by adding speed, skills, high intensity interval training, advanced bodyweight training, power lifting and so on.
