Introduction: I offer a unique blend of personal training that is all encompassing. Breathing and meditation, cold exposure, calisthenics (bodyweight training), weight training, boxing, rehabilitation. I have trained at and with some of the best in the field and continue to do so; Ido Portal Method, Equinox, Fitwall. My newly renovated private gym in a quiet and beautiful section of Woodland Hills has more equipment than most elite gyms, while providing a safe, clean, open and private environment to train in freely. My goal and what I love most about what I do, is taking clients from all walks of life and fitness levels to new heights. It is truly my pleasure to see my clients unlock their potential and have new vision of life and themselves!

I've worked with Farid as my personal trainer every time I've visited Los Angeles. I've worked with him in his studio gym as well as outdoors in a park. He is very knowledgeable. He knows an excellent range of exercises and can create a varied and personalized program. He brings a fun mix of motivation and challenge to every workout. Most importantly, his outlook on life is deep and inspiring. His approach combines mind and body training. Because I don't live here and I travel a lot, he designed body-weight programs for me that I can do on my own while I travel. He also gave me a good understanding of progression as well as nutritional info that I use to stay fit and improve steadily.

He has definitely helped change my life and improve my body. My self confidence is back! I've learned so much from him that I don't have enough space to write but highly recommend if you are looking for overall physical and lifestyle changes. I started training with Farid after about 4 1/2 years off. I started noticing a difference in my body after just 1 month of training with him 3 times a week. I saw my cellulite get less and toned muscles. You will see results very quick as long as you commit and focus. He commits and focuses to his clients in every way possible, making the journey easier. He will definitely push you to your max. I highly recommend him as a trainer/coach for any male or female at any age.

E - Motion Training is my new favorite thing. Since starting my workouts with Farid a few weeks ago, my back and neck pains have rapidly decreased [yay endurance for painting!]. I've also been dealing with a mystery-numbness in my hand that lasted for months. Doctors ran tests but could not diagnose or treat, but really all I needed was a badass calisthenics workout regime apparently as it's very recently cleared up. I always feel buzzed by the end of my workout - and love the feeling of being stronger and properly-postured throughout my day [also now I'm obsessed with doing handstands]. I learn so much at every session with Farid - intellectually as well as physically in that my body is really beginning to work as a coordinated unit with proper mechanics allowing for things like yoga to become a completely new experience for me. I just gotta recommend E - Motion Training to anyone looking for a killer workout experience!

The programs are designed to the individual and I think that's very important. My workout was designed to challenge me while focusing on bringing a balance of strength and flexibility throughout my entire body.
