My wife and I recently sold our previous home and purchased in the LA area. I believe it is common now to be approached by every security system salesman in the city once you buy. Prior to moving in the home, there were several business cards from different Security companies. On the day we moved in the house, we were approached again. This time by some pushy ADT salesman who's name I won't mention. He was so hell bent on making a sale that he talked to my wife at the doorway as myself and my father in law had to maneuver furniture around him as we unloaded the uhaul. He persisted until the dirty look I gave him finally made him realize it wasn't the best time. I was next approached a few days later as I was about to leave the house. This time, I met with Ben Younes. His approach was instantly different. His professionalism led me to sign with him vs buying on my own. He passed us significant savings. More impressive than his professionalism was his customer service. He did what he said he would do and that is hard to find. I was so impressed I passed his info along to my brother in Orange county who also needed a system. It's been months since we had our system installed and I can still text or call Ben and he replies instantly. You'd think he was still trying to make a sale. I'll only deal with Ben from here on out and will refer him to any and everyone else I know who needs a security system. Ben, thank you so much!

Our company was looking to install some security cameras in our business and my boss highly recommended Rod who he hired on a separate occasion. Rod is very professional and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. The installation of the cameras were quick and Ben was kind enough to walk us through step by step the use and installation of the phone app. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
