Introduction: I have a degree in Food Science and have been working with food in a variety of ways for 6+ years. Food is one of my passions. I focus on a plant-based diet, but am open to teaching those to cook a variety of meals based on the client's diet.
After reaching out, we can sit down to discuss current daily routines and develop a plan that best suits you. The plans are taylor made to each individual because every person's body is different.
I love being creative with food. I love taking separate ingredients and turning them into a delicious and cohesive dish.
I also enjoy teaching people to cook and helping them better their skills in the kitchen to allow them a healthy lifestyle.
