Just want to say I am so impressed with Moriah Remodeling. I was working with Eran S. He is my project manager. and with his crew. You couldn't ask for anyone better. The attention Eran gives to detail is helpful and refreshing. We are doing a complete renovation of our kitchen, powder room, flooring, family room, two bathroom and laundry room. We are so pleased with the them, they are always on time, protect your flooring, furniture. ... everything is so organized and surprisingly we were able to use their company portal. Today it is very hard to find a reliable company and we would defiantly will recommend this company.

The person who came to my home to give me an estimate was nice and professional, and I was planning to go with his quote. He gave me a quote on the spot, which was great, but when I asked him for it in writing, he promised to email it by the end of the week, but never did. Weeks later when I finally contacted them myself to ask what was up, I was told that I needed to pay for a $6,000 blue print before they would even give me a quote. They would not honor the quote they gave me in person, and now wanted $6,000 more dollars, which they said they’d reimburse half of if I went with them. They need to improve communication with customers and employees and make sure that quotes are honored.

Christina. Thank you for the feedback. Our company did not give you any quotes since you did not present any blueprint that is require when you build an addition to the house. I believe that no other professional will give you any quotes before they going to see the blueprints. As you requested we have given you an estimate (which is not it quote). We also mentioned that we can provide you with the blueprints and the cost would be $6,000. We also stated did after the blueprint is going to be done and completed you can take those plans and bid the job around and in case you decided to choose us to execute the job our policy is reimburse 50% from total cost of the blueprint that you pay is the courtesy.
