I reached out to Tom Clary with some very specific criteria for my first home purchase and he not only accepted the challenge but he did it with a smile throughout the entire process. Tom is very knowledgable, trustworthy, & patient. Over the course of several months, we looked at many condos, townhouses, & single family homes. As a mater of fact, we put offers in on many places and were countered many times but for one reason or another (some by my choice & some by the seller's choice) we never entered escrow on any of them. That was until we found my ideal single family home. Tom was quick to run the comps, talk to the listing agent, get my offer in, and to get my loan broker to put a call into the listing agent letting them know what I bring to the table. Tom also helped negotiate a fair 'credit for the needed repairs'. Tom could not have made my first home buying experience more enjoyable and was always more than willing to share his thoughts/concerns on potential properties with me. He was available day & night and even on weekends. He was quick to return calls, emails, and text messages. He also did a great job with staying in touch with my loan broker. If you are looking for a solid hard working & knowledgable realtor, I would definitely suggest that you reach out to Tom and interview him to see if you find him to be a good fit as I did!

Tom Clary was absolutely awesome to work with! He was really helpful every step of the way when we were buying our first California home. He made us really comfortable with the process, answered all of our many questions and took tons of time to meet with us for open houses, inspections, etc etc. We would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone in the area. He's professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, and utterly reliable. Also brings great snacks:)
