- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very competitive pricing for this industry. I want to make this service affordable for everyone. I do have my business license and I am fully insured. I do offer discounts based on the number of hours and type of event. I also have a referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss your event with you in detail, ask questions to ensure I understand your needs. I want to make sure you are 100% happy. If it is a special birthday (16th, 30th, 40th, etc) I want to make sure I have the appropriate props needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have assisted with this photo booth for the last couple years before I purchased from the individual. I have been in the customer service and sales industry for 25+ years with a large company. I have extensive training in meeting customer needs and understand that the customer comes first.
