Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Sweat Equity Training and Fitness specializes in helping people reach their fitness and life goals. We understand not everyone lives to train, but trains to improve their life, their health and their wellbeing. Our goal is to design and help you implement a fitness plan that you can incorporate into your life today, tomorrow and for the rest of your life. Our programs are designed for the individual; to fit their likes, dislikes, goals, budget and lifestyle. We offer one-on-one personal training, partner training, small group training, online training and corporate wellness programs. Our philosophy is one of empowerment. We train you toward independence. Independence from us; independence from gyms. Our partnership with Elite Health and Fitness in Marietta provides a boutique fitness studio that offers variety in traditional training, and includes martial arts, yoga and other specialty classes in a comfortable, supportive and non-intimidating environment. The best part of what we do is watching clients reach their goals. The vicarious thrill of watching someone doing something they didn't believe they could do a few weeks earlier.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All clients complete questionnaires. Clients also undergo a physical assessment and movement screen and we have a long discussion about goals, accountability, and what success looks like to them.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for experience and rapport. For the former, certified doesn't mean qualified, and vice versa. For the latter, you should remember your trainer is going to ask you to do difficult tasks. That are going to hold you accountable. If you don't like them, you may resent them. Find someone with whom you get along.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

This is a result oriented business. They should think about what they want and what success looks like to them.
