Yumsa International Market

Introduction: Yumsa offers a unique blend of European, South African and American cuisine. We are a husband and wife team -he is from South Africa and I am from South Louisiana. My mama taught me how to cook the best ettoufee, gumbo, creole ,crawfish bread, and cajun meatball stew. We also have low country boils out of our trailer which is great for tailgate time! Our South African dishes are authentic and truly unique. I bake 12 different flavors of meat pies that rotate each week. We have weekly specials of curry stews, bunny chow (no bunnies involved just a name), vetkoek and mince which is a fried bread stuffed with curry. We also make our own biltong and sausages in house daily. I enjoy creating and creating memories with our food.
