- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our groups are moderately priced in the market. Our musicians are highly trained and skilled on their instruments, many having performed on world stages for thousands of people and with well known artists. Considering the quality that you will find here, they are worth the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the case of a wedding, we send to the client, a wedding ceremony/reception worksheet. This is a detailed of the brides expectations on wedding day for music choices, event times within the event,(i.e. Announce bridal party, cake cutting, first dance, etc,)when complete, this is shared with the band leader and used to keep things on track. There will be a written agreement between The Client, The Performer and Music Depot South. A 20% deposit will secure service of the chosen group.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instrumentalists hold degrees in music or have been members of our prestigious Armed Forces Band System.
