Very professional and knowledgeable. We had them grade and hydroseed our lot, about 7k sq ft. We were weather delayed but they were good about rescheduling. They give a cash discount, but only cash. Not check.
UPDATE: They did add a weed killer spray that wasn't in the quoted price which was completely ineffective. 2 days prior to seeding I asked if they wanted to respray as weeds were coming back. Phil said it was unnecessary and now our yard is 45% weeds/45% grass and 10% dirt where the hydroseed didn't work due to heavy rain. If i had to do it all again, I think sod is a better choice in which they are a bit higher than the competition.
