- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge my hourly rate ( Depends on scope - 25-35$ p/h ) + SQ. FT. ( depends on scope and level of needed detail - .08-.55 cents Per SQ. FT. )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face if possible to go over the clients needs, expectations, ideas, and schedule. I will then generally make an initial site visit to plan or start the work as soon as possible. I offer 360 degree photo packages and a wide variety of project file format delivery options ranging from PDF 8x10 - 36x42, DXF, DWG, PNG, JPG, FloorPlanner 3-D, Revit, SVG, CVS and more
