Cynthia Steinhardt Tutoring
Introduction: I am recent Princeton University graduate pursuing a Neuroscience PhD. I currently live just outside of Philadelphia. I have been a language tutor in French and Japanese for three years as well as a math tutor for the school year and standardized tests. I've also taken the SATs, SAT IIs, 10 APs, and the GREs successfully and have a strong background for preparing for those tests.
I love watching students improve and begin to enjoy a subject the most. I also enjoy when the student's progress becomes palpable to them, and they return to future sessions more confident and happy.

Cindy tutored my 10th grader in accelerated algebra 2 for most of the school year once or twice a week and she transformed what we thought would be a horrendous school year with math into a very successful one. Cindy cares a lot about her students and will go above and beyond to make sure they understand the material. She was always reliable and made an effort to accommodate our schedule as much as possible. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Asked Cynthia for help with Calculus II in college. She did a fantastic job of breaking down the material and explaining it to me along with teaching techniques for problem solving, especially for concepts like Fourier transforms. I wouldn't have survived the class without her help.

Cynthia is an amazing tutor and very knowledgeable. She is super friendly and fun, and most importantly, she is supportive and actually cares about her students' success and understanding of the subject.
