Tawnya is such a caring and compassionate person. Her grooming skills are top notch and my dog loves it when she comes to our home. He welcomes her with lots of kisses. He's old with health issues and she's always patient and gentle with him.

"Hi! I am very sorry that you were disappointed by our services and from your vague review I can only assume it's because I was not able to show up at our original scheduled time due to my mechanical issues with my trailer. I remember contacting you and letting you know of my emergency situation and offered to reschedule your appointment if it was too inconvenient for me to come later that evening. You and I agreed for me to come around 6pm after my mechanical issues were resolved and I kept you updated throughout the day. Due to the condition your dogs were in, it took me extra time to safely remove their matted hair, so I am sorry if there was miscommunication as to how long we had to stay in order to get all three of your dogs finished. "

Tawnya came on time and did an excellent job grooming my Maltese. Toshi loved her. I am scheduled for every 8 weeks so Toshi won't get so matted. Great job Tawnya! Thanks so much.
