I am very happy with the response that I received from the APS employee ("George") who walked me through, at no charge, via telephone the process of getting to the drum roller beyond just the manuals pointing out opening the front and back 'doors' of my Samsung printer. The paper jam that I experienced was impossible to clear by the usual techniques and I need to try some mechanical maneuvers that may work before actually having to take it to their shop (some distance) or have a technician come to my home. However, if I am still unable to clear the problem then I will have them do that. George was very patient and gave me some excellent advice that I will be able to follow through on my own for now.
