- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Soft Works Power Washing, our number one goal is to listen to and understand our customers needs. We tailor our services to provide exactly what our customers want. This involves meeting with the customer (if possible) at the property and discussing the particular project that the customer has in mind. We then discuss affordable pricing and availability. After the project is complete, we walk the property with the homeowner and make absolutely sure they are happy before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the PWRA (pressure washing resource association) which is designed to educate and inform power washing contractors. Furthermore, I have years of in the job experience, ensuring my customers get the best service possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
With attention to detail and a great work ethic, exterior cleaning just made sense as the business I want to be in. I take pride in doing a great job and customer satisfaction is at the top of my list.
