It did not take him long to find the problem, and we discussed various possible solutions evenly. I was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor.

He seems very friendly and "caring" until it turns out that he cannot fix the problem. Instead of just saying that and maybe even offering a refund of some sort, he suddenly STOPS RETURNING CALLS!! Any other time he calls back within the hour. He failed the 1st time when he was in my home. The 2nd and 3rd times, he logged into my computer remotely. Each time he responded to my call promptly. I even gave him a TIP on top of his fee!! I've been nothing but polite even as he cracked the joke stating "I know it doesn't seem like I know what I'm doing but I do." NOT funny!! I am reporting this to the BBB and any other website I come across.

VIP Technical Services LLC's reply
The assertions alleged in this review are incorrect and her "quote" was never uttered. There are recordings to prove this. There was never a failure in the treatment of this malware. The malware scanner DID miss a plug-in that was quickly remedied remotely and fixed at no additional cost. The computer was tested (restarted, browser reopened, and had the client log into her email) and the message did NOT show up. I get a call 2 days later saying it was back. An additional hour or so of remote time was dedicated to fixing this issue which resulted in reinstalling windows. I asked the client to call me back when it was done (on a Thursday), I heard nothing back until Saturday afternoon. All done free of charge. I even added network security to prevent bad sites from loading (OpenDNS) and she still called saying she was infected. Malware is pretty invasive, but do not survive the re-installation of Windows. There are issues outside my control which end up with this computer displaying the "Internet Security" message. The fact it changed from red to blue, shows the original infection was taken care of. A return call was never made because she felt the need to send hostile emails, which is very inappropriate. We do our best to work with clients when malware infections happen, however we do not tolerate any threats made by clients. In the end a partial refund was done out of client satisfaction and good will.
