Kristy is a qualified chef and certified nutritionist with an abundance of ambition, experience and creativity. Chef Kristy takes pride in everything that comes out of her kitchen. You will get an amazing meal that not only looks good but also tastes amazing as well! Kristy also used her knowledge of nutrition to create a 'NUTRITION PLAN' which she tested on herself and close friends. Kristy (and friends) proved the plan to be beneficial and long-term. Kristy herself lost over 100lbs in a year's time and has kept the weight off for FOUR YEARS!!!
