- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer Satisfaction is paramount also educate the customer about their job / work being done as much as possible. Anything noted that is illegal that was previously installed or existing is noted to customer. Do not leave the customer in the dark about what is existing or found. Even if what is found is good let them know that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in two states both Arizona and California. Residential, Commercial, Industrial. Also high power transmission licensed.
