TERRIBLE experience! We hired Jimmy to fix a piece of crown moulding in our dining room that had been dented from a mirror that fell off the wall -- long story short, it looks 100 times worse now. The design in the moulding does not match the original and it is larger making it not line up properly. He also left nail holes visible and didn't bother to repaint. On top of that he took paint off the wall in spots and left dried caulk all over our hardware floors. We also had him re-caulk around the house where it's settled and it looks like it was done by a child. I am so disappointed in the work that was done and can't believe how poorly we were treated as customers. We followed up with Amber and Jimmy to come back and repair the work but they made up excuse after excuse and then stopped returning our calls. Let me also just mention that our check was cashed 10 minutes after we gave it to him. I do accept blame that my husband was on a work call and wasn't able to inspect the work before Jimmy left but Jimmy had mentioned he would come back if we were not completely satisfied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

No. Each job is completely different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will go to the customers house and they will show me exactly what they want and are looking for. I will write them up a quote and if they decide to move forward, we discuss a day to start the project. If it is a job requiring new materials I.E (deck remodeling, siding) then I do require material money up front.
