John is amazing. He was really determined in getting rid of bedbugs from my house and he did. I finally had a good sleep because of him. He treated as if its his own house. He made sure he treated each and every corner of the mattress, box spring and carpet. He initially told two treatments but after I found one more bug, I texted him and he came over to do additional treatment for free. He knew all the chemicals he used and explained me the benefits of each. He even treated the electrical outlets. If you want to eliminate bedbugs from your house, this is the guy you have to go to.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just attended the latest meeting of the NJPMA held on Thursday, August 20th at the Douglass Campus at Rutgers in New Brunswick. It was 8 hours of instructional courses involving wildlife issues with bats and squirrels as we as pest control issues involving rodent control and wood destroying insects. Does your exterminator attend continuing education classes or is he just a technician who sprays the chemicals that he is told to spray? It really makes a difference.
