My carpeting was very dark and dingy, especially in the heavy walking areas. After Rick was done cleaning my carpets, I could actually see the original design in my carpets again almost as if they were new. The other reason I liked his cleaning method was that the carpets did not take long to dry at all. I was extremely pleased with the job.
