Stucco Application

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If you have a project that call for an EFIS/Plaster/Stucco professional, a customer would reach out and we would schedule a on site inspection. During this inspection, we look at several factors and consult with the customer on the vision and requirements. We then follow up with a comprehensive proposal, with all items itemized for clear-cut communication. This consultation is a free appointment. Once the digitally delivered proposal is reviewed by the customer, the owner will run down any questions they may have. If the proposal is accepted by the customer, the start date is scheduled, insurance proofs and a W9 are exchanged with the customer. Day one of the project, the customer is requested to meet at the site with the owner. There the contracted is reviewed, discussed and signed. Once the contract is signed, the crew at Above & Beyond get busy and your vision or repair are completed, correctly and professionally.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Above & Beyond has worked with an assortment of customers! From home owners, small business owners (gas stations, liquor stores), larger business chains (restaurants, drug stores), large commercial properties (property management firms, hotels, hospitals) and lastly historic buildings (downtown Detroit).
