- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every business is different and has different needs. Some companies may only need reconciliation and some many need everything including A/P, A/R, check writing and deposits made. Some have more transactions then others as well. This is why we found it was easiest for us and our clients to customize a plan that fits their business needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always want to know more. If I don't know an answer I have a large group of resources where I can get the correct answer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became an accountant because I have always loved working with numbers and making it balance. I understand the stress of finances and really love helping people understand and making it easier on them. I want my clients to be happy and enjoy owning the business they are passionate about!
