FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally like to be fair with my pricing. A majority of the clients I work with will pay between $50 and $75. Because I work out of my house I do not have much overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet with clients before preparing their returns. After meeting the client I will start the process of preparing their returns. If I have questions, I will either email or call the client. Once completed, I will either meet with the client and discuss their return so they understand it. If time is of the essence I can securely email their returns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in account and 15 years of tax experience. After graduating from undergrad I went onto work at a CPA firm where I got knowledge on individual, partnership, and corporate returns. I left the CPA firm after three years and have been worked in the tax department of a fortune 500 company since leaving.
