- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a call, estimate job, plan a work schedule and milestones acceptable to the customer . Begin to purchase material with one third of total contract 1 week in advance . The next 1/3 is paid half way through and the last is at completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was lucky to have been the apprentice of masters of my field,in addition, I became OSHA certified to ensure a safe and sound project . mechanical drawing was a class in high school .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew I wanted to work with marble and ceramic from adolescence.
