I knew I needed to have my toilet unbolted from the floor due to nylon washers that had failed but I didn't know if there were any extra issues under the toilet that led to the washers failing. So I decided to skip the diy avenue and hired Agape. I hired James at 8:00 a.m. for the job and he was at my home working at 9:30 a.m. ready to work. James answered all my questions respectfully and showed me what was causing water to leak from my toilet washers. James had the toilet fixed and placed in a better position to keep the issue from reoccurring and fixed an issue with my main water line that was causing the tank on said toilet to fill constantly. The work took him 2 and a half hours with 30 minutes to drive to the hardware store. He did not waste a single second of time on personal matters and my total cost not including parts was the same as other plumbers were charging hourly. Needless to say, I was very happy with the work and plan on hiring Agape again for a few other projects . Thanks you James!

James was very easy to deal with. He came exactly as he promised and the exact time. He was courteous and even showed me how things worked. He replaced my kitchen sink and faucet and plumbing pipes. The pipes were not agreed upon, but he wanted to do the job right so he went to Lowes and got the parts and we paid him extra. The thing about James that stands out is his integrity and desire to do the job right, not Quick and cheap like the other guys. I'm very thankful I had him come over. While replacing the sink, he ran into several unforeseen issues because the way the previous owner put them in. He could have ignored them but he didn't. He ended up spending the whole morning and early afternoon persistent in getting the job done right. For that I am very impressed. I am glad I found James because he's a rare find. He can do pretty much anything plumbing and I plan on having him come back out here again. So if you're waffling between him and other vendors, you'll be happy with his honest work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For repairs, a basic service call is $45. That covers the first hour of labor. Each additional hour is $35. I charge a piece rate for installations of items such as disposals, ceiling fans, etc.

I listen to what their need is and ask questions to make sure we're on the same page regarding expectations for the work that they need/want to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 2 years as an installer of acrylic walls, showers, and tubs with Carolina Rebath. I worked for 1 year in property maintenence with Landmark Resources
