I rarely write reviews and almost never a bad one. In March of last year, we contracted Airconex to replace the furnace and water tank in our newly purchased condo. The unit was vacant for a while and required city inspection in order to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy. We specifically told Airconex that the work has to be done up to code in order to pass the inspection. Well, the furnace did not pass and Airconex came back and do the necessary adjustments (for which we were charged extra). Right after the installation, the AC unit stopped working (it worked just fine before). Dash from Airconex was puzzled by the situation and his only solution was for us to replace it with a new one. The following day we contracted another HVAC technician that switched 2 wires inside the furnace and made the AC unit start.
Few days ago we called Dash again, as we have problems with the less than a 1.5 years old water tanks and was told that Airconex only installs the water tanks not services them. Needless to say, we will not use this company again.

Hello, so my furnace decided to quit on me. No led codes. No nothing. And of course this is all on a Saturday late evening Went on line and looked for a respectful company but being late on a Saturday night. Couldn't get anyone out till Monday. A friend of mine gave me a gentleman number and I called Airconex. Very professional, polite and experienced gentle answered the phone and said he could come the next morning. A Sunday of all days. Couldn't believe it. He was at my house at 9:00 in the morning. He came, he fixed my furnace and he was quick, very respectful to my house surroundings and excellent clean up. I would refer him to anyone. Thanks again Airconex (Dash)

We were an issue with our furnace on a weekend and everyone we called would not come out until Monday. We finally got a hold of AirConex and they came out right away on a Saturday. When they got to our house they immediately went to work inspecting our furnace and was able to determine what was wrong. They determined we needed a part but the supply house wouldn’t be open until Monday. The Techs from AirConex called their supplier and got them to open on the weekend. They got our furnace fixed and we were able to stay in our house because the heat was fixed. They were so professional and so knowledgeable we recons them to every one. They are the best contractor we have ever used on our home.
