Alex is a very attentive trainer who personalizes my fitness plan to help me meet my goals. He listens well and adjusts his teaching/coaching to be sure I understand. He pays attention to detail and makes sure I am doing everything correctly. He is always encouraging and comes with a positive attitude!

I started training with Alex because I needed some guidance to meet my training goals. He worked with me to find a training schedule that worked for me and now I'm running my first marathon. He was enthusiastic and challenged me every workout.

Alex is extremely knowledgable and has the unique ability to change the workout on the fly if something isn't working. He knows when and how to push someone past what they think their limits are. He also makes the workout fun even if you don't think it will be fun.

Working with Alex over the last two and a half years has dramatically improved my life. I was a returning adult student who survived off of caffeine and poor food choices. Everyone has heard of the “freshman fifteen,” but because I was 30 years old when I started school, I ballooned up to 255 lbs. weight training with Alex has allowed me to drop 30 lbs in body fat and add 20lbs of muscle. The total of 50 lbs of transformation has given me my confidence back. I have energy levels similar to when I was in my twenties. I wish I had started training earlier, I lost a lot of good years to poor self-image and low energy.
