- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set pricing for group training classes, doggy daycare, and boarding, and our grooming prices vary by services and size/weight of the dog being groomed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to work with new customers either in person or on the phone. This allows us to share information about our services, and to learn about our clients and their personal needs. It's a lot more personal when we speak directly to a potential client than answering an email. We do reply to all emails!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we offer many different types of services, the education and training varies by position. I, myself, and a Certified Dog Obedience Trainer, APDT Professional Member (Association of Professional Dog Trainers), an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, and also completed certification through other programs associated with dog training for other companies. Our Groomers are all professional groomers/show stylists. They have multiple years of training in the art of grooming dogs.
