Larry was very responsive on calls and emails and came in to diagnose the issue with my gas stove. He took a couple of visits to figure out the exact issue and then fixed it well. Although I liked the service, I would have preferred if he were a little faster (in 1 visit) in troubleshooting it, and if there were transparency in price I paid for parts. Larry doesn't carry parts and he comes back next business day with the parts. If he had shown me the invoices for the parts he purchased, the price I paid for the service would have been perfectly justified.

Needed a washer repaired. He came out a couple days before Thanksgiving and told us it would be cheaper to buy a new washer than to repair it. We didn't want to buy a new washer since we are planning on moving, so he had a refurbished one of an almost exact model of ours and installed it with his brother 2 days later. Fast and efficient and friendly.

It took 1 week to fix the issue and then the repair failed in 4 hours. I called back but then they did not follow up back. Huge waste of time and money.

First of all, the part needed was not a common part and my distributor did not have it stock either. So, takes about 5 business days to get it from the factory. When it went out again, I ordered a new one right away, another 5 days. Then went back out and repaired it for no cost to the customer. Was working wonderfully when I left. We do warranty our work for 90 days just in case something like this happens, which is not very often.
