- How did you get started doing this type of work?
By accident! I started working as a freelance recruiter and one of my clients started offering me more administrative tasks and project management. I loved the work so much that I went out and got my M.S. in project management...and the rest is history.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle project management for marketing campaigns, website development, and any other project a client might have that they need help scheduling and tracking (including budget, procurement, staffing and team management). We also offer payroll, accounting (basic), reporting, purchasing, and administrative assistant work as well as customer service (email, phone, chat - includes scheduling).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whoever you hire is accessible, reliable and experienced!
