- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, every job is different. Some requires different details even though the sq footage of a home is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have an initial conversation on the phone and request a meeting with the customer to see the space that needs one of my services. If its possible i will then give the customer a more accurate quote if the job wasnt what was expected. Some times its actually lower. Once an appointment is made to do the work. I will confirm appointment the day prior and provide the service when agreed upon. I am very proud to say my estimates have never changed. I never liked when a contractor changed a price that was agreed upon so unless there is a serious development once the work starts, i will never change the price. Reputation, honesty and trust means everything in this business.

I have been doing this for 10 years now. Actual hands on experience.
