Brittany is amazing. Not only is she an excellent physical trainer, but her caring and understanding nature extends to the emotional well-being of her clients. She is uplifting and supportive, and even though I was intimidated to start working out with a trainer at first, I felt immediately comfortable with her. She's helped me change my body and mindset to be healthier.

I had personal nutrition sessions with Brittany. She is very knowledgeable with training & supplementation & also is very in tune with the hormonal structures of the body. I think that wether you are just wanting to loose weight, tone up or have a bigger goal in mind like me, a bikini competition body, Brittany is a great tool to have.

Programs and pricing range anywhere from $30-$600. Once we complete your free consultation, we discuss pricing and packages in more depth to see what works best for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a free 20min over the phone consultation. This way I can further discuss my customers needs, wants, and a program that will allow them to be successful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification from Shaw Academy in Holistic, Sports, Pre-Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy, Diabetes, and Kids Nutrition. As well as my Personal Training certification through NASM. I've been working with clients for the past 10 years and still love every second of it.
