FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees differ from client to client and I will take clients financial circumstances into consideration. With respect to income tax returns. I try to stay clear of inflexible fee schedules, but I will typically charge per income return, and the fee will go up depending upon how complicated the return and the amount of time it the return takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak with the prospective client over the phone to introduce myself and get a sense of what type of tax assistance the prospective client might need. If we feel that I am a suitable fit for the prospective client's tax needs, then we move to the next step in the process which is gathering all pertinent tax related documents. I typically meet with the client at this stage and begin the process of completing the tax return or resolving the tax related matter. I believe that open lines of communication and constant interaction with the client achieves the best outcome for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Enrolled Agent and Attorney. As a southern California native and resident, I have dedicated my professional career to understanding tax matters that affect Californians the most.
