Alex gets the job done, and knows the Section 8 market. The only constructive criticism I would provide would for better timeliness in responses and payment.

I have a rental property. Bella Property fixed the property to make it rentable and found the renter. They are managing my property well. So far I am pleased the way the whole thing is handled. If I have any other property, I would not hesitate to hire them.
