- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not standardized because every case and situation is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first try to ascertain the needs of the client. The client is allowed to advise us of what is going on with their account. We then offer the client an IRS or State Investigation to mirror the information that the client presented (we have found that at times, the taxing authority may have additional information that the client was not aware of). We provide the client with the information that was presented and at that time, advise the client of pricing and payment options. It will then be up to the client as to if they would like to move forward with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Within all staff members, we have multiple years of experience as well as certifications for representation purposes.
