We contacted Bluegrass to install a mosaic backsplash in the kitchen and I'm glad we chose them for the job. They came in with the lowest quote by $150 but the service was not reflected in the lower price. They were on time, courteous, professional, and got the job done quickly and correctly. I would definitely recommend this company.

My project turned into a total Bathroom makeover, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I found Jeremy to be very highly skilled, with a very high work ethic. He kept focused on my project, and had great suggestions along the way for a better overall outcome. Not only was the project fairly priced, but the Owner of this business showed up on time, as promised, everyday and worked hard & smart, was clean about the work site, and demonstrated very high quality until the project was done to my satisfaction. I will hire him again soon.

Set up a time to meet with this person but never showed up. It took me a half an hour after this person was suppose to be at my house for me to message him on thumbtack and ask them if they were still coming. Was told that they had an issue come up but didn't contact me because there was no phone number to reach. We had contacted on thumbtack to set up the time so i don't see why they couldn't send a message through thumbtack to let me know they were going to be late or not coming at all. So I would have waited around my house for them to show up unless i messaged them. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
