Introduction: We are Boise's best BBQ. This is the place to eat when you want real Texas style BBQ.
We have slow smoked sliced and chopped beef brisket, slow smoked pulled pork, and buy by the sandwich or the pound. Our mouthwatering baby back ribs are dry rubbed and smoked to perfection.
We also make all our sides fresh daily. We have potato salad, ranch brisket beans, coleslaw, and our famous Smash Potatoes.
Our food is perfect for lunch, dinner for the family, and catering at the office or even a wedding.

Love! Love! Love! This place, so happy they are back open, my family missed it and now we are able to enjoy true Texas BBQ. Being from Texas, I know there is no other place in this area that knows how to smoke that brisket like home! It us delicious!

If you like BBQ, you will love Bob's Texas Style BBQ! The brisket is full of smoky flavor, the pork is just as good, and the smashed potatoes I could ever day. The portions are enough to share and still have both of you full when you are done. The staff will go above and beyond to give you amazing customer service and you will leave with a smile on your face and a full belly. :)
