- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30/hour for ongoing bookkeeping services (negotiable), or, if a stand-alone project, I charge a project fee (dependent on amount of time necessary to complete the work - half due up front, half due upon completion).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact where questions are answered, I meet with the client to either pick up the first batch of financials, or to discuss getting set up online. I will complete the work remotely in a timely manner and return the paperwork to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Business Administration in Management and many years of on-the-job training in bookkeeping, both manually, and with Quickbooks.
