We assist in the execution of the plan. We assist in repackaging products to suit the target industry and its customers. We help determine the best type of distributor for the target market. We do a competitive pricing analysis for products on a distributor delivered cost basis. We aid in the selection of target accounts, and begin the process of establishing actual account appointments with appropriate personnel. All of the above are inserted into the first phase of the plan and budget.
