CMC begins with a structured approach, starting with a formal assessment, in which one or more of our team members work with the company to provide an honest view of the company's strengths and weaknesses. From that assessment, a plan is developed focusing on cultivating those areas in the company to promote growth. Using that plan, CMC takes a hands-on approach to plan execution while providing leadership to move the company along the approved path to success. At specific and identified waypoints, an evaluation of the plan's execution and effectiveness is conducted to determine if modifications to the plan are needed.
