Introduction: Lillian, owner of By Design, will design, draft and create garments that fit your need as well as your body. We understand that commercially available clothing has limitations in fit and originality. We also understand the frustration that comes from hours of searching only to "make due" with questionable fit and style. Allow us to help. We also provide alterations, remake clothing into new styles and offer levels of sewing instructions.
