- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every project I look at individually based open the specific details of the project and what the Owner is looking to achieve. After years of estimating projects I believe I should be able to appropriately estimate a job so no change orders are needed unless an aspect of the project is drastically changed.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The more you have planned in advance the easier it will be to create an estimate and move forward, although I understand there are endless options available and I will help you with your selection. Even a few photos showing aspects of other projects you like is a huge help to understand what you are looking for. Also, having a budget in mind will help me understand what level of finishes or options we can incorporate into the project.
