The cleaning for the most part was done well, there was a spot in the middle of our family room that was missed. I had hoped someone from the company would call to follow up with me but I never received any call or email. I'm going to have to call them to see if they will come back and clean the spot. The guy that did the cleaning said I would get an receipt through email but I never have.

One room with no furniture cost me 140.00. Seemed a little high.

Hi Jon. Yes $140 is the minimum same-day-service charge. I had quoted you the price prior to us coming out and you agreed. 40 mins response time from being hired to us being at your home is why it was more. Thanks.
