Introduction: If you are looking for someone to help you achieve health and wellness through emotional, physical and spiritual therapies and guidance feel free to contact me. I am a massage therapist who specializes in clinical/medical massage, pregnancy, and myofascial release techniques. I am a Reiki master/instructor, as well as a practitioner, which I love more than anything in the world. I have my bachelors in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, which is where I developed my life coaching skills to help someone improve their emotional struggles and attachments. I am currently studying a graduate program in nutrition and functional medicine to help an individual understand the potential physical problems that can contribute to ones health. An individual needs to improve their spirit, emotional state and physical body to help improve all health concerns, so my studies and experiences have been focused on all three of these essential wellness techniques!

I came to carrie in search of reiki healing working. I met with her and was very comfortable. Carrie was extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. I sought her help due to experiencing seizures and other issues, and I left feeling rejuvenated. She gave me awesome advice, and I'm looking forward to meeting with her again.

I was referred to Carrie by a friend because I was dealing with a back and hip issue. Carrie was great and helped me get that better, then I had a second injury. She listened to all my concerns (and looong stories about what happened and the pain) and was honest about what she could do and how long it would likely take. It was deep massage that had to release very tight muscles. I'm now recovering nicely and setting new goals. In additon to being a great massage therapist, she makes you totally comfortable and has a very pleasant "tableside" manner!

I had Reiki 1 with Carrie and loved my experience so much that I continued with 2 and 3, going on to be a master. Carrie is a great teacher an is very enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of Reiki. She always brings her positive energy into the room and it is a pleasure to working towards this goal of Enlightenment with her!!

Carrie has done a fantasic job teaching me reiki. She is kind, sweet, and thoughtful. I am able to use reiki easily, and I can not thank Carrie anymore. I would have Carrie come to teach me reiki level two, and no one else. :)
