- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on size of event, and what is required, based on clients needs. Meaning how large, and what scale of talent is needed. This can also include nature of audio systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a potential new customer send us an email (BusConsultant @ Gmx .com), outlining their needs for their event. If they want to talk, we can do that also. Once we get some baseline information, our teams goes to work. We usually will ask a few questions, via a phone conference call, and we get to work on planning arrangements. Once we have a contract in place, we execute our clients event(s) with precision and accuracy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have project management training, and we are professional entertainers. WE HAVE DONE THOUSANDS OF EVENTS SINCE 2002.
