- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers. What their needs are, what their budget is and I will find some way for us to do business together and make them happy doing it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional chef for over 15 years and am a trained bartender. I am also allergen certified, safeserve food safety certified and have been trained by the state of Florida in responsible service of alcohol.
